GENERAL INFORMATION:
Please be advised that Maison d’Areya’s online store works 24/7 and accepts orders anytime.
Our first task is to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so we made it easy for you to facilitate your shipment because your convenience is our priority.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
Maison d’Areya mainly delivers your orders through the company's own fleet but may get help from a third party at peak times to ensure the timely shipping of your order(s).
We allow you to choose the most convenient time for your delivery, by arranging directly with the shipping agency during a call u will receive it from the courier . This call will usually take place within 24hrs of placing the order. You will receive the order on any day according to your geographical area, or during the weekdays.
Orders should be requested at least one day ahead of the delivery day, bearing in mind the cut-off time of 10:00 PM and working hours of Maison d’Areya showroom.
In the case of cities, outside Cairo would need from 2 days to 5 working days ahead of the delivery day.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only from the date of dispatch.
Maison d’Areya is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
“If there is no one at the registered address to receive your order, we will ask you to contact our customer service to agree to another delivery time”. The company is not able to attempt delivery more than twice.
In the case of urgent orders, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to help you.
DELIVERY CHARGE:
The delivery charge is calculated automatically during the purchase process. The delivery amount will be based on (the city destination, the international shipments).
We reserve the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.
“Cash on Delivery fees is applicable when shipping is inside Egypt only”.
OTHER INFORMATION:
If you want to cancel or refund your order, please contact us on direct message and this must happen before you receive the order .
We offer a fitting service to try the size for not more than 2 items.
This might cause an extra shipping fee from the courier for his waiting time, in this case “NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE” after courier leaves your doorstep.
In all cases, shipping fees should be paid as requested as long as the order has been shipped to your place.
